If you are a Food Seeker, we collect and store all of the additional information that you provide to us for making the service smoothly and maintain the order history under your account.

Both Site Visitors and Registered Users may provide information to ARK'S when they contact Member Care or utilize certain Services Care.com may offer by telephone. For example, if you call ARK'S to discuss care options over the phone, we will collect and store all of the information you chose to provide to us, including but not limited to financial information, your contact information, etc. If you provide information about someone other than yourself, you represent that you have authority to do so.

We do not refer or recommend food Seekers or food Providers nor do we make any representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services provided by food Providers or the integrity, responsibility or actions of food Seekers or food Providers whether in public, private or offline interactions. Any screening of a food Seeker or food Provider and his, her or its information by ARK'S is limited and should not be taken as complete, accurate, up-to-date or conclusive of the individual’s or entity’s suitability as an employer or food provider.

Certain Registered Users may provide additional information on the Site through other Site features and offerings such as our online communication platforms and payment platforms. In some cases, Site Visitors may have the ability to provide us information through the Site, such as contact information. In addition, both Registered Users and Site Visitors may choose to provide information by phone, email, postal mail. We collect and store all of the information you provide us through these channels. Moreover, if you provide information about someone other than yourself through any of these channels, you represent that you have authority to do so.
